Welcome to our subscription services section. In this area, you can benefit from subscription discounts on eligible packages for one monthly payment. We have packages and plans for conferences and live music.

We encourage you to become a site member, choose a monthly plan and enjoy the convenience and flexibility of effortlessly managing your AV hire bookings. 

All these services can still be booked without a subscription.

Eligible Live Music Subscription Services

Unless paying by card, you will need to contact us to set up this service. Your service will not start until the first full month fee is paid in full.

 

For WET HIRE, select the event date and setup time and don't forget to include the room name or suite and a collection time on the event details section. Most packages require 1 hour setup but please allow up to 3 hours for larger ones.​

Please note we will not dispatch in any circumstances unless you have the correct active plan with up to date payment made and or any required P.O. Numbers have been issued to us.

The main conference room bundles include one technician to operate. Bundles will indicate if there are more than one technician included. If you require an additional technician for your breakout room supervision please ask us to quote you.

​

If your event is multi-day,  it may be necessary for our technicians to have accommodation and sustenance on site or locally. We will discuss this with you and reach a cost effective solution.

​

Delivery is charged at £0.80ppm per event or delivery and is not included in the plan. Any tolls or vehicle parking charges will be itemised within your delivery quotation.

​Pricing and packages may change without notice. Subject to availability, one subscription per venue/customer. Unused allowances do not roll over.  Cycles are non refundable. See our hire terms and conditions here.
